Add the address to your contacts
Add the email address that is sending you email (eg message-noreply@nytlicensing.com) to your Gmail Contacts. Google will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.
Mark messages as ‘Not spam’
1. In Gmail, navigate to the spam folder.
2. Search for emails containing the domain you wish to whitelist (eg nytlicensing.com)
3. Click on the Report not spam button
Create a filter for the address
1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then See all settings
2. Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses
3. Click Create a new filter at the bottom of the page
4. Enter message-noreply@nytlicensing.com in the from field
5. Click Create Filter
Outlook
Add the address to your contacts
Add the email address that is sending you email (eg message-noreply@nytlicensing.com) to your Outlook Contacts. Outlook will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.
Safe Senders in Outlook.com
1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then View all Outlook settings
2. Navigate to Mail and select Junk email
3. Click Add link under Safe senders and domains and enter message-noreply@nytlicensing.com
4. Select Save
Create a rule for the address
1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then View all Outlook settings
2. Navigate to Mail and select Rules
3. Click on Add new rule
4. Name the rule and add a condition
5. Select From field and enter message-noreply@nytlicensing.com
6. Select an action of choice
7. Click Save
Yahoo
Add the address to your contacts
Add the email address that is sending you email (eg message-noreply@nytlicensing.com) to your Yahoo! Mail. Yahoo! Mail will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.
Create a filter for the address
1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then More settings
2. Navigate to Filters
3. Click Add new filters
4. Name the Filter and Set rules
5. Select From field and enter message-noreply@nytlicensing.com
6. Set a action of choice
7. Click Save
